I hear you with the obsession bit, but I wonder if it isn't normal? My life so far has been spent replacing one obsession with another. Winnie the Pooh to Pokemon to South Park to Christianity to Harry Potter. I've been stuck on HP for almost ten years now and I've yet to move on from it. Should I be worried? O Internets! I remember back when I was a fundamentalist Christian, my youth pastor had the same problem. He had thousands and thousands of dollars worth of Star Wars stuff. Then he converted to non-denominational Christianity and ditched it. In the garbage. I asked why he didn't sell it for money, but he said it would be money from the Devil.

For this guy's beliefs, I'm not sure he has it right.
