You may think "short time," but that was 41 years ago! Things haven't really changed that much. Today, any judge would know what an arcade game is (more so than a young person), but try explaining to a judge in his/her 60s what an NFT is, and you'll see the same confusion.
The price of a Tesla bettery has come down in the last few years. I recall reading about a driver who was shocked that it would cost him $40,000 for a new battery because he let his go to a 0% charge. Never let your electric car battery go to zero charge.
Victor Borge is believable, but I first thought of Jerry Lee Lewis. Then I thought of Chico Marx, but that doesn't work. Chico played the piano, but it was Harpo who was more likely to sit on it.
Natural resource extraction. Quite a few mining companies are headquartered there, and they pay very well. As for the second question, I dunno, but that may feed into the first question.
I can see how this movie bombed in theaters. It's very long, and mostly depressing if you don't know where it's going. The first time I saw it, on TV about 1988 or so, I knew nothing about it, but kept watching because I wanted to know if there was ever going to be a point. Glad I did; it's now a family favorite.

Damn near killed him!
