I doubt the kids ever complain about big government. They probably don't even know how much their parents pay for lunches ($2 at my kids' school). They just know there isn't as much as there was last year in the cafeteria.
The high school bus comes to my neighborhood at 6:30AM -and school doesn't start until 8 -and we live in town! And they don't even serve breakfast before school! I thought that was a colossal waste of my kids' time, so I drive them.
My kids liked school lunch just fine until this year, and all the sudden it's awful, so they prefer to take sandwiches and leftovers from home.
I'm sure you meant Itey (or Eti or Ati), depicted in Hatshepsut's commissioned art. Her condition has been the subject of much speculation in the medical community.
I got four teenagers eating vegetables. Three things that worked for various cases:
1. They planted, cultivated, picked, and ate them from the garden. 2. I made a homemade "salad bar" so they could just pick whatever raw vegetables they wanted, and they sometimes even made a salad with them. 3. I explained about maturing taste buds and how they were less sensitive to bitterness, so they should all try vegetables again that they thought they didn't like to see if they were "mature." And they all want to be "mature."
