In my youth, the reception was always in the church fellowship hall, so it would be hard to exclude anyone who was at the ceremony. But it also meant that costs were contained and the wedding party was not charged "per person."

She turned on two switches, one for a much longer time than the other. When she went into the library with three dark lamps, one was hot, one was a little warm, and the other was cold. The cold one was the switch never turned on. The hot one was the switch left on for a long time, and the warm lamp was connected to the switch turned on for a short time.

Well, I'm not anywhere near the NeatoShop, but from what I know of the business, you need to get blank t-shirts by the gross to keep costs in line. That's 144 shirts. For each color. And each size. Alex wouldn't want to invest in several gross of size 4X shirts without knowing if any of them will sell.

Younger players probably don't know that the tokens were selected to represent industry and different parts of the capitalist system. The iron represented iron, steel, and other building materials. The thimble represents the textile and clothing industry, and the wheelbarrow is for agriculture. The symbolism is lost when people don't know what those objects are anymore.

I believe carrying larger sizes might be a good idea, but it's hard to answer the poll if you don't know how big those sizes really are. If you get specific answers, it will be from people who have bought those sizes elsewhere.

One thing I just thought of: for a library to burn for eight days, just imagine how many non-ancient books were destroyed. Kudos to to curators who saw the writing on the wall early and were able to work around what they knew might come sooner or later.

The first Dr. Seuss book I remember was when my mother read me The 500 Hats of Bartholomew Cubbins. Maybe that was inspired by his collection? Or could the collection be inspired by the book? It came out in 1938.
