regarding "just hang up on them", I recently did that, and the guy called me right back and said "My turn!" then shot a loud static-filled sound burst into my ear. These guys deserve a place in hell with spammers. It's low, and yes I tried it once because I needed a job. I quit a few nights later, it was just too effed up. Get another job or get out of a town that only has that one career opportunity!

yeah, 60 minutes just had an amazing story about another news channel, al Hurra. This is the news channel launched by the Bush administration to compete with al Jazeera in the middle east, and to be pro-American and a total propaganda machine. Funny thing is, they broadcast out of southeastern US, the staffers are Jordanian catholics, and on a day Hamas had inflicted heavy damage, al Hurra was broacasting cooking shows. It'/s also the least rated tv network in the middle east.
al Jazeera is actually more informed, as far as objectivity is concerned, they could use more. But they get a 51% market share, which is unheard of. If anything, I predict a worldwide boom in that network.
