I just watched Gattaca for the 5th time just last week, and can't agree more. I love the imagery of the crippled, genetically perfect Jerome crawling up a spiral staircase, as though struggling up some giant DNA strand.

My favorite marine life, I've always like octopods, and now I know why. When the last time anyone saw a group of octopodes? Lately we've just seen individuals making their mark.

There's evil and then there's irony. This is simply the latter. It's funny because the kids don't understand the morality of it.

In the 80s I had a JVC radio/tape deck that included two short wave options. I had forgotten about that until now, but I'd sometimes stay up late at night and listen to those weird number broadcasts and wonder...

Interesting that they get -and need- therapy sessions, and the job is rotated out every 30 days, I believe.

I always go where the wind blows anyway, so I'm pretty jazzed about this new opportunity. :)
