While metabolizing alcohol might increase your sobriety, I doubt that it will do anything for a hangover. At that point most of the alcohol is gone and we are suffering from the physiological aftereffects and breakdown products. Indeed, speeding up alcohol metabolism might speed up the onset of a hangover.

Learn what a the loaf should look like after the first kneading. Add or reduce water so that it is a single, slightly sticky ball.
As you might remember my house backs on Aliso Park in Orange County. It connects to series of protected land that goes from the mountains to the ocean. I go hiking through it at least once a week and used to go biking through it every morning. I have seen numerous large cats over the years and almost ran over a full grown puma five years ago.
