Kinda reminds me of the seagulls in Galveston, who wait for the Bolivar Ferry to be underway so they can coast along in its draft. It saves them the energy of crossing the harbor to get to the Peninsula.

I wonder what physics are behind that neat "oscillating flame" look...? I've seen it before on other rocket enjines, and I've never figured out why it does that.

The local news was all over this last night. Every time I went into the Associate's Lounge at work, that lucky deer was sliding across the TV screen. And every time I watched her, I cheered! :-)

That was some ingenious rescuing, that helicopter pilot deserves some sort of medal!
