My favorite Rock finisher was the Maivia Hurricane. I remember playing a video game twenty years ago or so, and I would just use it on everyone. Very effective.
And then the Rock got famous and started doing the hurricane less and less, maybe to preserve his health from unnecessary wear and tear. He eventually replaced it with the less athletic Rock Bottom. And then perhaps he thought even that move was too strenuous to do, so he eventually made a sissy finisher called the People's Elbow. WTF! It's just an elbow. Not even a flying elbow ala Macho Man.

My HS girlfriend had a Bronco, alas it was black.
As for discontinuing the Bronco, according to Arrested Development they cancelled it because of the bad publicity with OJ Simpson using a white Bronco to escape. So they replaced it with the Ford Escape!

Courtroom dramas seem woefully underrepresented. Where's Matlock, LA Law, Reasonable Doubts, JAG, Civil Wars, or even Night Court? Law & Order is half police procedural and half courtroom drama.
Speaking of police procedurals, while we have NYPD Blue, where's CSI or NCIS?
Where's Dexter? Granted the ending sucks, it was a pretty good series overall. Speaking of bad endings, HIMYM could've cracked the top 90s IMO.

Oh pish-tosh. That law has too many loopholes and exemptions. Indeed, a simple Google search shows that fox hunting is still happening, albeit in accordance with the 2004 law. And if you read the news just these past few days, the conservative MPs are likely to vote to repeal the Hunting Act of 2004.

They should put it back in its proper place, as Her Majesty's sport.

It got me at 30s (I'll be 38 next week). But I think only two questions mattered, whether I knew Pogs and View-Master, or not.

I did a book report on Jane Austen's P&P, I loved it so much I read the rest of her books. Persuasion is my personal favorite. More mature and less saccharine than her earlier books.

I remember hearing about the Tasaday before and after 1986. Before 1986, when Marcos was still president, the Tasadays were hailed as a "lost tribe" in our Civics textbooks. After 1986, when Marcos was kicked out of power, there was almost no mention of the Tasadays except to say that perhaps it was a hoax.
If the Tasadays were a poor people forced to live on the edge of nature, then they are similar to other indigenous groups in the Philippines, like the Aetas.

The socialist utopias of Europe seem to have no problem charging for the use of their WCs. Coin operated seems a wee bit crass and very obtrusive when you really really really have to go, so no wonder it is hated in the US. They should've copied the European version, with a grumpy old woman grunting incomprehensibly whenever you get out of the WC without putting something on the "tip" plate.

tl;dr DeBeers marketing dun did it.
Successful marketing can really influence society. In Japan for instance, Christmas is celebrated with KFC, because of marketing. Also, in Valentine's Day in Japan girls give boys chocolates, because of marketing. And a month after Valentine's, there is White Day, where it's the boys' turn to give girls white chocolates. Yes, it's also a marketing ploy.

And ketchup can be made with banana. I prefer banana ketchup to the tomato ones. Sweeter flavor, of course.
