Isn't there a woman who is asking for something like this as well? She seemed to have lost her eye in an accident and wants to put a webcam in her eye I think.
Trust me I'd love to see more of these kind of things set up in Downtown Toronto. Standing and waiting for the streetcar or the bus without a decent shelter about is maddening!
