I'm married to a college professor and my mother taught high school biology for thirty years. I know first hand the sacrifices that teachers make to better the lives of their students. Don't group me with those that devalue teachers simply because I think this is a poor teaching decision.
I will give you that I should not have linked it to vanity, that was very poor form, to hold the position she does she is likely an excellent teacher. Still, that this has worked for a tiny classroom in a tiny college is not an indicator that it is a good practice. Nor should the other commitments of being a college professor justify its need.
I don't recognize the guy in the back. I think that is Michael Dorn peeking around the right hand side though. Awesome picture! Needs more original series folks in it, the captain looks awfully lonely compared to everyone else.
They have been digging up old graves to make room for new graves in London for a couple of millennia now. Church yards/cemeteries are small and people always want to be buried in them. I don't see why it should be more morbid now than before.
Regardless, as crowds tend to make me uncomfortable, I'd prefer to stay as far away from cemeteries as possible when I kick the bucket.

Why was the last image digitally flipped though? It would have looked just as good in the original orientation.
