"I can’t have older adults there."

Really, she's barely an adult. And 18 is legally an "adult" too, so that argument goes out the window. What about chaperones?

And how easily their relationship is dismissed, it's rude. "We understand he is a great young man, and he can bring any one of the 2,100 other students to the prom."

I don't understand the logic behind more and more school rules.

HOW are school lunches healthier than what parents pack? It isn't the principal's place to make nutritional decisions other than what to serve. NOT everyone can afford to pay for school lunch.

Maybe if American school lunches were something like these:

...as opposed to Chicken patties, hamburgers, and tater tots. Oh and milk in a bag.

I was also wondering why no one showed any concern for the little girl.

And also,

Why, if something scares you that bad, do you run TOWARD IT?

Interesting experiment though.

I like how this completely neglects the other important aspects of selecting healthy food like calories, vitamins, minerals, protein, etc.

Coming from an intense college prep high school that started in the 7th grade and going into college, now graduated with a degree and still hopelessly searching for a job it's completely easy to understand why stress levels are so high.

Cost of living is increasing, tuition is increasing, insurance is ridiculous, and what people are requiring for what used to be relatively simple jobs are making it harder and harder to get where you need to be.

I work at the mall and it is depressing because I worked so hard there to put myself through school and now I feel like a B.S. is not going to get me even and entry level job, and I can't afford Grad school.

I know I can't be the only one who sees this as a vicious pattern that is a product of a desperate society.

This new aspect is disturbing. Some of my professors have TOLD us to go to the publisher's websites and use their example tests to study.
If the students used those testbanks to study, then I don't think it is cheating. If they simply used them in an unlawful way such as selling the answers, etc. then it is another issue altogether, but it doesn't sound like that here.

This does seem like a lazy teacher. :/

Dagonet, I hope to god you are being sarcastic.

What the test was, how it was done, etc., has nothing to do with that fact that the students still cheated. My school has a no tolerance policy that everyone knows about and I cannot believe that this professor got away with making a "deal" with the dean.

Yeah. I'm sure those 4 year olds have the money to pay that one off. Let's ruin their little lives before they even get a start.

What about suing the MOTHERS who should have been paying better attention to their children?

And this Justice...the kid is FOUR. Not "almost five". Way to bend the law to make headlines.
