A "surplus in mother's nutrition"? Yeah, right. Most North American mothers get plenty of (or too much) nutrition, and they're not all popping out 12-pound kids! I think I'd keep looking for the source of that problem...
I dunno... Combine a playground and a library and you get what? Frustrated little bookworms who want some peace and quiet in which to read, and rowdy kids who could care less about the books and just want to jump on the play structures.
Whether it's true or not, it's still pretty funny.
I guess I just don't get modern art.
