Some of you, mark my words, will have weight struggles in the future, and I sincerely hope you reflect back on this...
Are you aware that many people eat out of depression? Saying some of these things will not help a depressed person who eats out of sadness. They have to make the decision for themselves, and focus on their other strong points, their good qualities. The summary of who we are is not read from a scale. Not dealing with those issues and losing weight because people tell you you should will not work long term. So when I do get this 20-30 pounds back off, and get back into training people, that will be my approach. Equip people with confidence and support, not hatred or pity.

God for you, for being skinny. Hoo rah.
No one WANTS to be abnormal.
It is so easy to gain weight, so easy.
Don't give anyone weak cookie cutter advice about a struggle you have never had. It lacks really substance. and authenticity. I hate when people try to preach to me that have no battle scars.
I lost 50 pounds b4, and it took over a year. My body was awesome...6 pack, toned legs and thighs. I loved it. You would have been jealous skinny chick. Then...I hurt my knee, and all of a sudden could not run. I was in so much pain, and realized I had tendinitis in my elbow as well...so no weights for a while either. I did not adjust my diet, and put back on half the weight I lost.
But I will not stay down. I will be awesome again. Watch out a hoes and trolls :)
And I will only be taking advice from veterans and those that truly understand the struggle.
