I loved this story, I think more kids should throw parties with rootbeer. the fact is the Schools shouldn't have a ruling over an activity that happened while the student was outside of the school properties. That's what the protest was over. The waisting of tax-payer money that the cop showed buy breathalizing every single kid at the party is what the City's residents should look into.
