What a moron - I look forward to the article where her children smother her in her sleep. Turning down 1 million for 120K worth of property is asinine. Why people get sentimental about a piece of dirt I'll never understand.
Unbelievable - just when I thought designers couldn't get any stupider, crap like this pops up (after looking at his website and seeing a HOTMAIL account listed as his contact, I'm no longer all that surprised).
Boo hoo, the poor American's that sleep thru their mediocre "teach to the lowest common denominator" public school education now want to sleep/im/text/talk thru their paid for Uni education because it doesn't have flashing lights and music like MTV or their PSP???
Funny, the very (VERY) few smart (self motivated) American kids aren't being whiny little bitches, nor are the thousands of foreign students that understand that the top American Uni's are still world class. They all seem to actually LEARN and EARN their degrees and then go on to do something with them.
So is the problem with the Uni's (or the method of teaching) or with the slackers that the American young adults/students have sunk into being?
Suck it up - how much easier can a liberal arts degree get and still have the Uni's name on the diploma?
But lets not confuse a clever idea, or a unique but simplistic technique as real art. Real art takes real talent, real skill, and real knowledge - none of which all this pop "art" crap has.
It's only because real art is so scarce, that the art world, art critics, and more importantly the art snobs (aka investors) have invented all this pop art nonsense so that they have something to build their artificially valued business on.
Most modern art relies solely on the pompous evaluations of (mostly) people who have no real world skills what so ever.
So now we know how many hoops the internet horde is willing to jump thru (and how little they value their personal information) for a whopping $6.45 worth of crappy drm filled "music".

P.T. Barnum must be laughing his sides off.
