Used to be a Molecular Biophysicist, now I mostly develop system clusters to calculate/image molecular topography (or as my wife puts it - I went from science nerd to tech geek).
Old people love to spout glib bit's of wisdom, unfortunately, most of the wisdom is so outdated or blatantly wrong that young people often mistake their wisdom for early onset of Alzheimer's.
Put up a dorky page that does basically nothing, has no interaction except for clicking on links and watching a pre-determined cartoon city buildout, and people line up to participate.
Now all they have to due is setup a "click here and get a billboard for a buck" link and watch the money roll in.
I'd rather bike in 0 degree weather then 35 degree weather. You can always add another layer of cold weather gear, but there's only so much you can take off (and not join a nudist colony).
