Digital effects artists always make the shadows too clean, it always gives it away, blur for god's sake! Other than that, I thought the CGI was awesome. Great post.

You have got to be kidding me, that game is hard! I can't even get past level 8.

Have a calendar with a condensed version of Neatorama on it, just titles of the stories with links. So when I think "Oh damn, I wanted to see that post about the first color photograph thingy" I don't have to hope I can remember enough crucial keywords to find it through the search function (which has never worked for me), I can just conveniently flip through months of a calendar until I see the post title.

Why hasn't anybody mentioned the hospital where the events that inspired The Exorcist took place? The hospital still operates, but the floor that it all happened on is sealed off. Maybe it's just me, but I find that to be tremendously creepy.

Bayat: I bet you that the hoity-toity architect that designed it charged triple the price of a normal house, used twice the amount of normal materials necessary, and ended up with half the livable space. A bunch of slanty walls and ceilings make for a very disorienting experience, something I most would not want to live in. I hate modern design, it's always gaudy and sharp, with no real advantage over traditional design, and as I mentioned earlier - since it's so "trendy" is far more expensive. It's my opinion, I don't know why people get so bent out of shape when somebody doesn't agree with them.

This list is clearly missing the dude that sold the eiffel tower for scrap metal... twice. He was just some guy that called up scrap yards across France, told them he was a member of the French government who was in charge of demolition on the tower, and collected a tidy sum for the scrap metal that never would be. He did a again some years later and also succeeded, but cops caught on before he could get any more money, he was never arrested.

SO dumb. Probably the biggest waste of space ever.
