That idea was invented in Chile, those kind of places are called "Cafés con Piernas" or Coffee with legs, becauste the baristas wear really short skirts and bikini tops.
It's full of those cafe's here, and in some of them, the windows are polarized because girls work as baristas and prostitutes lol.
All the tourist go to the cafe con piernas, i'ts like a national attraction.

Aw, I loved Los Pitufos, until i heard Peyo made a satanic pact to get rich, and like thousand of kids in my country; Chile; got really scared lol, it was a really big urban myth down here.
Oh and there were horrible stories about Pitufina (Smurfette) attacking little kids in the night, so we were all freaked out.
Until now Pitufos are used in scary stories,and a lot of 20 something like me still remember stories about Papa Pitufo pulling hair out of babies heads lol.

In fact, the island belongs to Chile, and is called Robinson Crusoe :D
And he stayed in a cave that now is a tourist atracttion.
