Only in NYC you wouldn't want to win a car! No pking space, stuck in traffic even on Saturday. Sounds terrific! I'll stick to my 1998 car still viable in Old Quebec City, low traffic, low gas prices lifestyle!

I think this "thing" that looks like an early airplane as all the chances of flying. I've flown worst than this and jumped out of Cessnas mended with Duck Tape. People who have no clue about aeronautics always underestimate the chances of something to actually fly,

Everything "bigger" make me want to slap humankind in the face. The only thing that come to my mind is that we will someday be the artisans of our own doom. While I'm writing on my 21st century computer I can't help but envy the contemporary hunters-gatherers who do not create for themselves the need to consume more, build bigger, climb higher on the social scale. Maybe I'm a dreamer...

I've lived everywhere in Canada and this doesn't sound like any Canadian I know. This sounds like a cross between a Texan and a Briton. Still a bit funny and we do tend to be overly polite.

oezicomix, did you watch to the end? They cleaned and vacuumed everything. How is that worst than shopping alongside a bunch of cat owners... Or would you like all cat owners not allowed outside their home because of your allergies?

I miss my time in Tokyo... no one who has ever been there can understand the uncredible warp zone that comes with it. I love Tokyo... it will forever be the wierdest city i've visited and also the most traditional. To knoe more about Japan... juste visit Japan

I think it's very sad that all this stuff happened to him at the same time, that he made an ass of himself and on top of that, it was broadcasted all over the world. I think it's neat because it give me the opportunity for compassion an makes me feel closer to my fellow humans. That's what is neat about it.

Me thinks David just made up the whole story and wants his 15 min. out of it. If he's so busy he doesn't have time to make the ONE poster then why does he have time to make that many, Looks like an a-hole to me, not neat!

As I enjoy my meal of cheese, crusty bread and wine I am happy to live north of the frontier, to have been raised to be aware of the risks of alcohol abuse and been able to enjoy a glass of wine with my family since I was around twelve.

Nothing is ever perfect anywhere but I wouldn't want bigotry interfering with my freedom. Which seems to be a growing concern down in the US.

This is disturbing to me... I went deep sea diving in Okinawa and had a bitter sweet encounter with a Moray Eel. Terrified is how I felt and second guessing every time I go into the sea afterward. It takes a trong heart to confront the unknown and anyone who is willing to go downr under the sea and see whatMs there to explore is a hero to me.
