Bogus. Like anybody (even a terrorist) is dumb enough to need diagrams to figure out how to do any of this crap. "Gee, I have no idea how to use an electric drill, can someone draw me picture??"
It's strange how we treat different species in very different ways. Replace the cobra with a puppy, a chicken or a giant centipede and the responses would vary from outrage to indifference to disgust.
Hmmm... on second thought maybe now they're actually edible without risking going into a sugar induced coma.
