That's pretty creepy, but it looks to be about the size of a GI Joe if it's supposed to be a statue. Perhaps Martians are just really, really tiny and that's why we never notice evidence of their civilization!
It even appears on the "raw" photograph they use to stitch together the panoramas (see: http://marsrovers.nasa.gov/gallery/all/2/p/1367/2P247720343EFFAWCCP2415L7M1.JPG ), so there's really no telling what the story behind it is. From the raw photo, though, I'm thinking it's a shadow, perhaps?

This is actually one of the April Fools jokes that ThinkGeek does every year. Try pressing the "Add to cart" button if you don't believe me!
And no, I wasn't really going to buy one, I just remember checking the site last year on April first.

According to this, they're giant Tesla coils used in electricity experiments. Seems like a plausible explanation, though I can't vouch for the link's authenticity.

For the love of spam, Gracie, it's the 50s! Why haven't you learned to cook yet? And don't you dare yell "SPAM!" again or so help me...

It looks like a wolf or other canid with a very severe case of mange. The head is rather oddly shaped, though.
For reference, a wolf with severe mange looks like this: http://www.startribune.com/media/2006/08/09/22/3Hyena0810.standalone.jpg

Feline Leukemia Virus is very communicable (and frequently deadly), so it makes sense they would be sure to test the cats for that (They would have to keep any cat with it separate from uninfected cats for the rest of its life, as there is no cure). They probably tested them for Feline AIDS for the same reason.

Fake or not, that thing's neat looking. I want one to hang on my wall! I don't know how well it would actually fly even if it were real, because I don't see any method of propulsion on it at all (Or any power source). Perhaps it's powered by a fan inside the main body, and it's not actually metal as it appears, but some lighter substance, like painted Styrofoam. That is, if it flies at all. My guess is that it's a bit of photoshoppery, like everyone else says. Sigh. It's so hard to believe in the fantastical these days.

It's a combination Squeegee/slingshot. Homeless people can take it up to cars, asking "Can I clean your windows for a quarter?" If the driver refuses, the homeless guy just loads a rock into the slingshot portion and asks his question again. If he's refused a second time... Well, no one's cleaning that window now! Hah!

This trick actually works for various cities in Europe. Unfortunately, it doesn't include any routes for swimming to Hawaii or East Asia. My travel plans are ruined!

That averages out to about $30 a game... Apparently, whoever's winning wants it really, really bad, as that's far more than I imagine they'd be worth individually! (Even if you factor in the rare ones, though I don't know which rare ones are included...)

This isn't the worst General Lee ever, though. This is: http://www.2dorks.com/gallery/2006/leeroy/ebay/index.html
It's a pity it's not still active on Ebay so we can see the pictures up close!
