If you're a Bond fan and you think it might be worth it to check out the David Niven/Peter Sellers "Casino Royale" (1967, pictured under No. 3 above), don't bother. It would be the perfect satirical foil to the official series except for one problem: It's not funny!
Great article. Even as a kid I remember being surprised and confused by the Bible verses. But good for Schultz! He was Christian, his comic strip was Christian, the show should have Christian themes.
Great movie. DDL nailed it and the supporting cast was outstanding. I thought Spielberg made a strange choice in his portrayal of the assassination. Does anyone disagree?
