I, for one, believe ethics are relative. I mean, I still believe the results for stealing are WAY too high.

But lying about something significant to your parents? Everyone who doesn't have a storybook family has done it. I mean, I was a straight A student. I was never caught doing anything wrong. I never did drugs or drank in high school. But I did lie to my parents about my sexual orientation. And I also lied about my depression and self-injury. You can't expect children to be honest about things that society expects them to lie about.

And cheating? Like my Chemistry teacher used to say, "Work smart, not hard." But I don't agree with infringing on copyrights to finish an assignment.

Every House MD fan knows... People lie.

I just got my mystery bag/box from the recent sale. I really love it. mental_floss magazine and Instant Knowledge. I'm just a little disappointed it doesn't say Neatorama on it. The blog should start selling bumper stickers with the blog name or something, and include one with each sale. That would be amazing. Thanks!

Yeah. I know a little boy who was born by c-section because some of his internal organs developed outside of his body. He doesn't have a belly button, and since he was so young when it was corrected, he barely has a scar.

I think the major advantage, other than beating obesity, is that it allows you to work in a third dimension more easily than the mouse and keyboard interface does. At least, that's what it looks like. When the man draws the spiral and then zooms out and turns the spiral, I think that's what it was trying to demonstrate. Whereas with the standard interface, you have to change layers and generate a bunch of stuff to work on more than one plane. Correct me if I'm wrong; I don't have much experience with 3-D graphic generating.

Sid, okay. It just bugged me that you said homosexual relationships as though it were as adult of a theme as, say, sex or drugs. I don't think it is, but we're all entitled to think as we will.

Buck, maybe Sarah: A Novel is classified as adult, but it's written at more of a YA level, at least in my opinion.
