The dogs are only like that a few hours, then they are washed and groomed with a regular ol poodle haircut. These dogs are also competition dogs. That means they are pampered more than the average dog.
If he had mailed them Priority -they would have both expired in the sorting facility where they would have sat for thirteen days before being mailed out.
