Absolutely a murderer. He shot them in the back as they were leaving, he was no longer in direct danger, and shot them only to retaliate, not to save himself for harm. Texas got it very very wrong.

I ALWAYS do this, and I don't even live in that big of a city. Someone will want it, someone will take it, and it keeps my amount of waste down. I'll even go so far as to have leftover restaurant meals bagged up, and will it behind.
I'm Canadian, so this whole freedom of speech argument is not something I'm experienced in. But why shouldn't al jazeera be on tv? Do Americans not have those remotes that can be used to block out channels if they don't want to see them? (sarcasm all over the place, btw).
