yeah it semms really silly...to people who don't know anything about starcraft but like to make gigantic assumptions about things and then act condescending.

super smash brothers melee does not have quite the same depth as starcraft but it has perhaps one of the most extreme learning curves of any game i've ever played. both physically training to be able to execute maneuvers and mentally being able to predict and read your enemy. i've also totally seen people get laid based on their smash brothers prowess.
