i guess i've just always felt that society should be more supportive of ex-cons. having served their time they really don't deserve the villanous stigma they are treated with. blah blah blah. remember the shawshank redemption? (people are suckers for that movie)
it sounds like this guy could have used some help getting back out into the world and it sounds like he was given nothing but a cold shoulder.
i don't think an electromagnetic feild is quite the sort of thing that is going to shock one per se. it is more of a feild of charge that can repel, sort of like how a magnet can repel (or attract) an object without shocking you in the least. weak electromagnetic feilds exsist surrounding many commonplace things. i imagine the dangers of a high power EMF is more likely going to be things like cancer and what have you, which rely at least partially on long term exposure.
the fact that this technology can only be implemented for a fraction of a second would sound somewhat limiting if not for the advent of computer systems in all aspects of war, i am sure this shall be linked to a computer, and that makes the timing issue less crippling.
i am always happy to see militaries spending money to develope armor rather than weapons. gundams next plz?
i don't think you can blame them, growing up with nothing does not teach you a lot about managing millions of dollars, and people turn into leeches when somebody they know hits it rich.
i met mc hammer once, and whenever i tell people that, they ask if he looked broke or something, but really he seemed fine. dressed well with a chain and all, in a nice hotel. really nice guy too, he took a picture of my family.
as a trend it does mean something if reproductions are getting more calorie laden. it simply gives an insight into our societies view on what a proper meal is.
too bad there weren't more photos accompanying this article though. also, i am tired of seeing variant versions of this painting, almost as tired as i am of seeeing star wars stuff. (wow star wars themed rocks!)
also i wanna add that i love eating and don't give a hoot. how many servings of sun chips am i going to eat? all of them.
only one of them went all the way to the experiment
how does this conclude people are cruel and heartless? it's like people can't even understand numbers.
the one person who did go all the way to the end of the experiment was an unemployed old man who really needed the money
this video is interesting, i will show it to my associate who is currently doing work on this history of this experiment and it's rampant misinterpretation.
there are people like that

it's like they're trying to destroy themself because they know as well as many others that they suck.
