Why is it illogical to expect that if a website willingly participates in criticism (never praise) of the Right that they should try being fair and criticize the Left, too?

It's such a pain...I just want to relax and read a few posts on a site like Neatorama and bam, you have some post mocking or bashing the Right. Why?

Buzzfeed is already so Left-leaning, it's no longer any fun to go there. We don't need more sites to bash the Right, believe me.

We speak up in the comments here because we really don't want to see Neatorama go off in the same direction. That's all.

If I want Right bashing, I'll go to websites that do that. And there are already plenty! Please, Neatorama, stay neutral.

I'm always amazed that certain people who believe that we would be better off if we let our government become bigger and bigger are always the same people who hate big companies, like oil companies.

Of course, it is unhappy news when an accident happens in the oil industry but the benefits of what they do for us are much more numerous than the few accidents that occur.

It's crazy to imagine that we could live our everyday lives without using fossil fuels. I couldn't, that's for sure. Could you?

I can tell you that US politics are not any worse than anything I have seen after living in Europe for 20 years. Get to know how the Italians run their country, or the Greeks, for example, and then get back to me about how the US ranks, dude.

Do you REALLY think that TX pols are worse than those from other states? REALLY? LOL TX happens to be one of the few states right now that is in pretty good shape in terms of low-level unemployment and reasonable taxes. Go check out California and see if you can say the same. LOL
