It was 1981 when I first saw a Puck Man arcade game. A year or so later, people would refer to 'Pac Man' and I didn't know they were talking about the same thing.
Ah, that era in the mid-80s when every show was a detective show (Riptide, Simon-n-Simon, R. Steele, Moonlighting, Knight Rider...) Although I'm surprised Hollywood hasn't done a Moonlighting remake yet.
Further proof that possums do NOT play dead. I saw one do it in 1977, but the many possums I've encountered since then have hissed, growled, spat, and soiled themselves when angry, but have never played dead.
How did Airwolf NOT make this list? The original series was bad enough, but then, in the 4th season, they couldn't even afford the helicopter any more, so they just spliced in old footage of it flying around and hoped nobody would notice. (Kind of like when the Duke boys were replaced by a couple of lookalikes and the folks in Hazard County thought nobody would notice. Yeah, TV sucked in the '80s.)
Although I'm surprised Hollywood hasn't done a Moonlighting remake yet.
The statute on limitations runs out when a movie is old enough to have been on video tape.
