I think a lot of this may have to do with the fact that the chairs he's sitting on are often just props. They're very short. Some of them may be screwed to the floor (like the two chairs in Picard's ready room). All these chairs are also next to tables which probably don't have good clearance for his knees. So Frakes can either stumble around for a noticeable amount of time trying to get himself into position, or he can put his leg over the chair and go straight into his dialog. He does the latter. It would be more interesting to see if Frakes does this on other shows like his pre-Trek soaps.

The question is what are Prince Adam and He-man to each other. Adam was always young and unproven. If they're the same age and He-man is just Adam with muscles and a tan, then He-man ought to be in his late teens or twenties.

On the other hand, they could give He-man the full on fantasy Captain Marvel treatment. The sorceress is the wizard Shazaam. Adam is the young Billy Batson to the older He-man/Captain Marvel.

I have to disagree. (1) Red Robin is not a bad restaurant. Not healthy but not bad. They're clean, the service is generally good, and they handle dining with kids well. (2) While I typically tip well, the idea of always tipping well no matter the service defeats the purpose of a tip. Not that I would deduct from a tip because of flatulence.

Incorrect or to be more precise, incomplete. If the anchor chain/cable is long enough for the anchor to sink to the bottom of the pool, then the pool level goes down. If the anchor chain isn't long enough such that the anchor is only suspended beneath the boat, the water level doesn't change.

Yeah, this isn't an evolutionary strategy. It is just what happens to essentially everything with net radiative heat losses. This same phenomenon is also why your car can be covered in frost in the morning even if the ambient temperature doesn't drop below freezing. If anything it's a sign that the penguins plumage is a very good insulator of their own body heat.
