I am not crying yet but i want to. I got my dog, Fife, 10 years ago. He is still in good health but I know the inevitable is not far. I will be by his side, no matter what, as he has always been by mine.
I remember another article on Neatorama, from Miss Cellania, about Steven Petes congenital analgesia. His story was so heartbreaking and cringe-worthy, but at the same time intriguing. I hope this young lady can overcome this condition enough to have a normal life. It is my understanding that people with this condition also cannot experience the sensation of pleasure (such as a back scratch). I am thankful that i feel pain and also glad that i can feel pleasure. Thank you, Miss Cellania, for this interesting story!
Nitrogen, argon, and various inhaled anesthetics can be used to euthanize a sick bird, but the method we use is C02 in a chamber. The CO2 does not cause distress and is the preferred, recommended method. The AVMA has approved the CO2 method as the most humane, also we are in compliance with AAHA. Not entirely sure what the rest of your comment means.
I was wondering how many fish they had to go through. We euthanize sick birds at the Veterinary Hospital, in which i work, with a method similar to this, sans water. Poor fish.
Im going to guess that perhaps they made a batch of yellow colored gelatin and let an iris size amount gel around a half(or portion) of a blue berry(?) then procede as in the video. These look awesome! Eye would have a hard time eating them.
I was curious what they looked like before the skelly take over, and in my opinion, these cows look better, much much better, in the after photos. I guess that's how you know you live in a small 'peaceful' town. If your only beef is that someone repainted your er... beef then its going to be a lovely day!
I love men with facial hair, hairy chests, and hairy arms. To me it is so masculine, and attractive. I don't like an unkempt look, there is a certain amount of grooming(not batman!) and hygine that is a must, but I love a good gruff beard. Very sexy.
