I was wondering that as well ted. So what if you want a to-go box? I usually end up finishing everything I order, but there are times when I can't for whatever reason.
I like the idea though. People do tend to waste A LOT of food at restraunts. My husband's uncle and aunt are one of them. They waste so much food it's actually embarassing to go out to eat with them.
Doesn't sound like he did anything that bad. And yeah, most of the time, food from funerals or weddings go to waste. He was just taking advantage of the situation which may not have been the best idea, but no harm was done to anyone.
I swear I think the Starbucks down the road does something to make a very strong coffee smell about half mile from where it is. There aren't any billboards, but there's ALWAYS a really strong smell of coffee in the same area every day. It's the weirdest thing b/c there isn't anything else around that area that would cause it and it's too far away from the starbucks for its smell to somehow make it down that far and only to that certain spot.
Very smart on this guy's part. I never would've thought to do something like that either. I can understand the surrounding areas that has their power cut being a little peeved, but hopefully they'll be understanding and sympathize.

I've only seen the movies... pretty much out of curiosity to see what everything is about. I think if I were still a young teen/pre-teen, I'd def be in to everything. Not as much as some, but I'd probably enjoy them. Now at age 30 though.... the movies were SO mind numbingly bad. I can't even imagine how terrible the books are. I groan whenever my cousins starts going on and on about it all. She's 27yo and a mother of 3 :\
