As I said, there are PLENTY of rescues out there for pure bred dogs. Ones that owners just couldn't keep any longer, to ones that were rescued from puppymills, etc etc. They could've easily found a hypoallergenic dog from one of those organizations.
Very disappointed that they didn't rescue a dog. There are a lot of rescue organizations out there for pure bred dogs that they could've gotten a dog in need from.
Glad the dog is ok. One of our dogs eats cloth crap. She'll chew parts off of the doggy toys, and will scarf down socks if she finds them when her stomach is upset... you know, how dogs do w/ grass? Very gross finding a big wad of gooey mess that used to be one of your socks.
Lemme just take some of my old underwear I don't use anymore and wrap a present with it! WOOT! O_O :P Seriously though... I didn't know that about coffee grinds.. will def use that... as for the rest of it.........
So how do we know that was the actual number and that she just wasn't chosen b/c it put a pretty face to this contest and for the people who ran it? Just think about it... of course they'd want as much publicity as possible, and hey.. cute girl too! Yeah.... I smell something fishy... but good for her though.
Ditto Just Me.... Everyone was so willing to laugh at this woman b/c of the way she looked and her little goofy act before she started singing. She was just having a good time up there and they had already written her off b/c of her appearance. I'm glad she was able to shut all of them up. Her vibrato does need a little bit of toning down, but she does have a nice voice.. sounds I dunno... youthful.
If they find it dead, or dying beyond repair, then why not eat it. Now if they could've let it go and it would've still lived, then yeah, it's pretty screwed up to kill it.
Sucks that it got caught, but if it died, then well... why not eat it. It's not like they were looking to catch it and kill it... at least I hope not O_O
