Glad they pointed out that some of the most aggressive dogs are the little pipsqueak tiny ones. One reason why I think chihuahuas are cute, but I would never own one. Also my husband's grandfather used to have a Llasa Apso that would growl and bite people for absolutely no reason AND it would pee on everything. That's not to say big dogs aren't aggressive though. Husband's sister & husband lives in his parents old house and the people next door have 2 german shepards, 1 obviously wasn't socialized as it should've been b/c it bit the living crap out of her husband when he got too close to the fence. Always hear that Chows are the most aggressive dogs though.
I can't even look at the photo of the old woman. The mesh in the back hurts my eyes. The manatee one is pretty neat though. I thought it was seaweed or some other kind of plant growing off of it at first glance, then I realized it was fish.
Whatever floats their boat. Just reading about how small it is makes me want to strangle my husband... and I'm the clingy one! And eating out every night... BLEH. What a waste of money.
So true Lady Helena. I use reference photos w/ my artwork all the time and when I first started going out with my husband, he always used to joke that I was cheating :P ALL artists use references, whether if it's from a photo, a still life, or models. It's how we learn about shapes, lighting, contrasts, textures etc etc.
I've done that once w/ a photo of my husband that I took. Just outlined the basic shape of his face and then filled in the rest freehand w/ how I wanted it to look :)
What's up with the sound effects, seriously, I was expecting one of the flies to do the "Help me, help me" in a little voice. Seriously, the burp when the plant opens? Really??
