4chan has a lot of traffic. Users often make "campaigns" inside the boards to do mass votings in polls such as these. I doubt that the people who voted for moot even think he's influential - they just wanted a prank.
When I was a student, I always spent my classes drawing. Some people were surprised that my test scores were high, but it was just the way I concentrated. If I was blankly staring at the teacher, my mind would wander and I would become distracted.
I mean, who cares for photographs with the subject matter dead center, with the camera straight and everything like a family album?
But then again, this girl looks like she's made of stupid.
haha I'm a game designer. XD I doodle in meetings too. At least my bosses and colleagues don't seem to mind :D
