The second and fifth video's are actually Pump It Up. The difference between PIU and DDR is that PIU has diagonal arrows and a center step, while DDR only has the vertical and horizontal arrows.

From an anatomical perspective, that last picture was extremely interesting. The skin was completely missing from the index finger, you could just see the bones! I wonder if that finger was still functional?
