Rapist shoudnt have second chance. The main problem is, TODAYS ENVIRONMENT IS SEDUCTIVE. So, why dont all female of the world wear PROPERLY, ie DO NOT EXPOSE EXCESSIVELY ur body, adapt new fashion, a proper, yet fashionable. Secondly, rapist should be killed...perhaps, in the middle of the town, so that everybody will avoid involve in rape. u will see the rapist figure drop dramatically. PROTECT OUR WOMEN, they are suffering.....and....get married people, u can do everything, anything, everytime, with ur wife...OK? a real solution....i wud say....
