1. No female on Earth would want to wear one of these 24/7, since rape is "usually" unexpected. (Keyword, usually). You cannot use tampons, pads, or anything else since the Rapex would basically keep the fluids in the vagina.
2. Females could easily use this as some sort of unvalid revenge that she might regret at a later time. So, harm could come to any sexually active straight male. And this male would go through guilt for the rest of his life, even though he never did anything to deserve this. Maybe he just kept leaving the toilet seat up? "GENERALLY", women are impulsive, they will harm a male to teach him a lesson, without thinking ahead. Not all females, but the majority.
3. Should the rape offender penetrate the woman, he would no doubt find out sooner or later that there is something stuck to his penis that was intended to harm. He would probably kill/harm the woman in retaliation.
4. The attacker could easily find some way of getting it off, such as maybe.. Cutting it with a pair of scissors? Knife? Razor? It could be done without harming the penis at all!
5. Rape offenders do NOT deserve the death penalty. If you saw a very hot girl in a bar, passed out, and you were drunk, it would be extremely hard to avoid raping her.
6. Maybe this will teach teenage girls that they can get away with slutting? Let's have a nation full of girls that will be able to get away with permanant damage to your prostate, without any charges!
7. Some rape cases have involved no vaginal penetration at all, rendering this device useless.
8. I think males will just take this more cautiously, and penetrate the anus, or the mouth.
This is a pretty interest invention, but I hope it will never be approved. It does more damage than harm.
And, to the females who disagree with this... It was an African invention, due to the justice system, I doubt it will be released as a fear for the rights of males.
