I'd love to stay in a real Hobbit house- just like Bag End. I'm with the rest- this didn't strike me as 'authentic'... what with the amenities inside... grumble grumble
Just to add my 2cents: Dahl's children's stories are basically amusing (but with a dark streak); the stuff he wrote for adults, though, is downright disturbing. It wouldn't take much for me to believe he was not a very nice or normal person...
oh me oh my. Well- This guy is probably a 'mostly-obey-the-rules' bicyclist. But there are an awful lot of them around who ignore the law whenever they feel like it. I have been run down on the sidewalk (where else is a pedestrian supposed to walk?) by bikers; I've watched them dart between lanes of traffic to the front of a line of cars stopped at a light; I've watched them ignore the light altogether; they weave and swerve. I don't know. It's a good thing to be more environment conscious. But I've seen a lot of bicyclists who are endangering themselves and a whole lot of other people, too. I don't enjoy sharing the road (or the sidewalk) with them.
This guy hasn't done much for humanity. As nasty as he is, no wonder he's a bit paranoid... I'm not as worried about f/b misusing my personal stuff as I am about Assange...
I might have trouble sleeping now myself... urp
Enjoyed the other comments! ;)

Loved the comments. Sorry, nothing new to add but knew there'd be some giggles here. ;)
