For Christmas, my dad and I had a tradition that we did for a few years when I was younger. We'd roast a baby pig, whole, and we'd split the head in half. Each of us would have a half pig's skull on our plate and we'd scoop out the brains. It was actually quite delicious.

My mom and brother would always just watch us in disgust. What can I say? I liked it!

Now adding milk gravy to it? Ewwwww!
