BNefan - You don't say where you live in TN but in Nashville and surrounding areas we find Pork Brains in a 5 oz can packaged by Foell Packing Co, P O Box 2340, Sanford NC 27331. The label will say Rose and is around $1.49 a can. I wish I could say I had tried them but I have not. My 2 very good friends love them with scrambled eggs. They were raised on them and one of them just turned 85 and she is very healthy so it must not be too damaging to our health.

I know the H.G. Hills stores in Nashville carry them still but have not seen them anywhere else.
