As the first comment says, they are NOT claiming to have teleported matter (in a star trek sense). The research is in quantum teleporation of information, which is a documented and widely accepted phenomenon in quantum mechanics. What they did was demonstrate this at a greater distance than before; did are not reporting something fundamentally new or controversial This is something covered in college Physics classes, please get your facts straight before posting misleading information. The world already has PLENTY of bad science reporting.
