This is only mildly related but my folks have an ancient flashlight that belonged at *least* to my grandfather though more likely even older than that. It's an old "signal flashlight" that has a standard small flashlight bulb but also a slider switch that, when pushed, advanced a transparent tube up around the lightbulb to achieve either white (no tube), green, or red lighting to signal trains.

Thought that was pretty ingenious.

I'm facing a very VERY similar problem. My site is not *huge* in traffic, but the lie of "unlimited bandwidth" does not include "unlimited CPU usage". Consequently, my $5/mo host wants me to upgrade to a $99/mo plan. This is ridiculous.

For what it's worth, the host is Lunarpages. Do not use them if you expect profitable success in any way.

Seems pretty plausible, I mean there's practically no weight in the handle of a bat so he's really using the weight of the front to spin in space, activated by jerking the handle back. I guess it's not too much different from spinning pizza dough?

"4chan has animated gifs of a certain kind but the ones on Wikimedia are of a completely different ilk aka education."

What a ridiculously poorly written description. What does any of this have to do with the cesspit that is 4chan? Also, the punctuation is pathetically lacking. Finally, does the person who wrote that sentence even know that "aka" means?

I find it hard to take this remotely seriously.
