Kreiger's Comments

From http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Stingray

"Dasyatids do not attack aggressively, or even actively defend themselves. When threatened their primary reaction is to swim away. However, when they are attacked by predators or stepped on, the barbed stinger in their tail is mechanically whipped up."

That is, the tail whip is more or less an involuntary reaction. The barb is covered with a necrotizing venom, and a sting to the chest is a very serious matter.

Well, first i have to turn on javascript, and then i get a "You have to download Macromedia Flash" page, with no further links.

If it works for you, could you link to the .sfw please?
