Luck is when preparation meets opportunity.

Fortune favors the bold.

While it is better to be lucky than good, being both is best.

Sometimes, the luckiest person is just the best scorekeeper.

Good for them.

30 years ago my mother created genetically altered tropical fish to change their coloration. It was hobby stuff done by a college professor with a love of fish and supply of mutagenic materials. None of the exaggerated horror stories occurred.

201 covers? Only a few are eye-catching or thought provoking. The rest are there because of some esoteric, insider evaluation of quality. I guess I am not sofistikated enough to apreshiate art at that level.

Since we are voting, I support the "Don't live in the office" side for quite a few reasons. Here is one you might not have thought about. If the city does not enforce zoning codes on the mayor, they might not be able to enforce them on anyone else.

Thank-you for including the Social Security program. It has all the characteristics of a Ponzi Scheme except one. Its nature is fully disclosed. It might be better characterized as a very shallow, mandatory Multi Level Marketing Scheme.

My assumption is that the individual shelters will be selling their allotment rather than passing it out. If my charity got some of this caviar, I would sell raffle tickets or organize a $100 per person cocktail party.

You know, I have seen reproduced ads for this and have heard about it before the Internet, however, I have never seen a photograph of one. Has any Neatonaut ever seen one of these up close and personal?

I might be in the minority, but I think that a skeptical jury is good for every one. Most erroneous convictions occur when there is nothing but the testimony of witnesses. Requiring physical evidence to corroborate that testimony is a good thing.
