Screenplaywriting and directing are 2 totally different professions from animation-technician. As far as I'm concerned you scored 2 out of 3 - the pictorial part looks the part, the movements look good and there is direction in a clear story.

Now also learn about time, timing, and timekeeping and you can earn your keep with this.

I heared several people say that good writing in plays, music and books is all about daring to delete as much or even more than you dare to keep the essentials in place and clear of clutter. If it is too long, people get bored. If it is too short, people get annoyed. But bear in mind that modern attention span for vids and attractions like museums is about 2 minutes.

... Perhaps you should try a short version of this same animation- say try to make a version that is only 4 minutes at max instead of the roughly 12 it took now. And then see how folks will react on it?

Jesss said it- I don't see how the tattoo is solar- The tattoo is just made like any other- only the way the needed electricity was provided for the machine was somewhat different.

I could say that the tattoo's I have are wind tattoo's since all the electricity where the tattooshop is where I got my ink, is generated by windfarms.

I think it mainly will generate some winds of attention...

I am glad the hand of that diver came in the picture, otherwise that animal just as well could have been only some inches or several tens of feet in size like the stuff of nightmares...

SparkS in Ye Olden Dayes we did that all the time- We used the same ink for fountain pens and then we dipped the ribbon in it only with one edge so the ink was absorbed. The other trick was to re-moisten the ribbon so it gaver off ink for some longer. And so you could re-use the ribbon far longer than normal.We didn't think of that very much, that was just normal practise. We also learned from very young to readjust some of the levers and springs in the mechanical typewriters if somehow the tension on the keys became to soft or to hard. And once in a while you had to clean it from dust and too much ink because you got these blotty letters.

Eery. I would want to immerse in these, just endlessly looking around and wondering about these people and those places so long ago.

When I was a child I just could not imagine that in the time before my own appearance let alone so long ago in the world there also was colour. The Past was Black and White- Only the Present had colour and the colours faded away with time.

Aside from their scail involvement that I respect very much, I can understand where they came from with that painting project- In their own country the rules on house decoration are so strict you get nearly thrown in jail for having the wrong colour of front-door....

If they would have checked with some builders of 3-wheled fully faired recumbent-bikes like to name a few Go-One, the Waw velomobile, the Quest, the Versatile or the Mango or the Borealis-shell velomobile, they would have been ably to purchase a real cool machine that goes a lot faster than their contraption.
