I hope they'll never ever completely crack the code of this artwork. There should always be some secret still hiding in the text and in the symbols- This artwork is only complete with some secret as part of it.

Come to think of it, it all boils down to:
- HALLELUJA- now we have your attention: SEX is the word!
Or
- SEX - now we have your attention: HALLELUJA!!!
Well- In both cases the message still seems to be that sex is an ultimate gift of God to mankind and that sex can be an ultimate way of worshipping...

Yeah but I'm not quite sure what happens to both adverts- I find the lower advert make the top-one look totally fake and laughable. And I find the top-one making the lower one come over even stronger.
So perhaps these religious groups should reconsider their tactics...?

Nothing special- Amsterdam already has a whole burrough -Schinkel- that is made of floating houses with one or two stories and with balconies.
And in and around most old Dutch cities you can find them in the canals and moats.
The only difference is the size and modernity of this contraption.
Some years ago in 2003 there were already experiments with a floating highway in the Mid-Dutch river-area Near Den Bosch. It worked fine and it is now part of the measures to keep the infrastructure of that region intact when there is flooding.
The Citadel is a project that won't be built on open sea, but in a polder-area where in times of heavy rain, the water level can rise upto 2 meters with water from rivers coming from upstream. The Netherlands gets lots of rainwater from Germany and Switzerland and Belgium and France via rivers like Rhine, Maas and Waal. That water can be so much that it floods the lowlands downstream. And there such floating projects like Citadel could be just the thing to keep dry feet.
To throw out a line to fish in most places is possible if you get a permit. In some places fishing is strictly forbidden, but that'll be something to see then and there.

I've come to understand that some subs already can move just below the boundry of supercavitation. So if that'd be true, supercavitation becomes something like the soundbarrier with airplanes. Stay below the barrier and a sub can stay silent. Go into supercav and the craft comes at its target superspeedy and with an unmistakable loud growl for most likely a short endburst to jump its prey. But with such speeds there's no evasive action possible, so at that point all the noise won't matter anymore.

Whenever I can, I go to such events just to look at these colourful birds of paradise. The more and merrier and more colourful, the better!
Especially those who not only dress like that on such events, but also are like that in everyday life are my favorites.

Say Evil Merodach-
If you say "The environmental change (into a glaciated period) was over many thousands of years — not decades as we are seeing now. Climate change has always taken place over many thousands of years. What we’re seeing now is unprecedented." -What do you make of the rather quick changes that did happen in freezings? A man I've worked with in my own job has done some diggings on a few mammoths in Syberia that show all the signs of flash-freezing with food in their stomachs that stem from a moderate climate while those animals have frozen to death and got entombed in ice within a week.
And such changes can be found all over the tundra and even in the fossil record all over the North Sea region.
Theories of what caused these fast changes range from hightened global volcanic activity and changes in the magnetic flux of our planet to our complete solar system passing trough clouds of cosmic dust that blocked sunlight.

I'm not surprised abot those birds- they have contacts with much more individuals on short notice than we humans ever have.
I'm also not surprised that I flunked that test bigtime- I have a hard time even recognising my own friends the moment they switch to glasses or contacts or if they cut their hair or take a beard...

I know what they say and I know that the tests don't show it. But I still think that they overlook something in the dna that says that we just mingled.
I can't prove it, but I still see it looking at myself and the people around me.

Earthquake survival suits for pets each equipped with all of the necessary gear including water, biscuits, aromatherapy oils, and rubber foot pads, all contained in the pockets of a flame-resistant coat:
Looking at the picture of that poor cat-
A pity now the suit is so heavy that the poor pet cannot run or even walk out of harms way anymore as it could and would do without the suit....
And then:
- Aromatherapy oils...???
- Rubber foot pads...???
Like if that poor cat will have the thought to take some aroma-therapy oil to soothe its nerves when it has gotten trapped somewhere...?

But I agree with you Kalel.
And that said- The more of this kind of painting- the better.

I'd immagine they'd use someting like an electromagnetic water gasification layer on the outer hull. That way the effect could start at low speeds. The higher the speed, the more they would use a passive system like a big cone on a pole on the nose of the ship that has the same effect.
Interesting.
With such speeds a vessel could even make scary jumps high above the surface. That would open a whole new dimension in sub-sailing.

It is my guess that that radar-technology is on the very top of the wishlist of about any other country than the US and its friends...
About that bomb-
The use of such specialised devices up until now mostly has been that first the user announces broadly and very loud that they have it and that they can use it with great effectiveness. That has a deterrent effect and it generally makes life harder for defending forces- They have to put far more effort and finances in finding ways to counter such threat and they have to evaluate if it is possible at all to do such effort. And if they conclude that they can't defend themselves against such threat, they perhaps will cease to resist.
Next step is that actual use always is done in combination with an already grown out of hand conflict- Diplomacy has failed- has come at it's end of it's rope and now violence will be used to force a point of action.
So both the user and the attacked know that either the use of this bomb is the start of an all out (locally confined or global) war or it is used shortly after a first conventional exchange of hostilities with the regular inventory of weapons.
In both cases such a bomb can still be delivered quite easily if multiple targets are "swamped" so the defending force has to shoot down literally everything to know for sure it also takes out the carriers of the MOB's. And that just is just impossible in any situation- the defence will always be breached, even if tyhere is no complete air-superiority. And as seen in the last Gulf-region conflicts- The US and and its allies are very well capable of swamping-tactics by use of UAV's, missiles, decoys, radar-jamming and actual warplanes.
So apart from using CAPITALS, this weapon does make sence.
