I'm not scared by much things.
I have done some cavecrawling, but it never became a favorite pastime, because of the sometimes narrow -Very Narrow...- Passages you have to worm through with tons of dirt Abóve you and with no natural light if your flashlight dies on you and some creepy crawlers that inhabit the place to keep you company at times you don't want them around...
And then to add lots of water to that...?
...Nnnothanks...!
You can have my share of that- I'll happily stay above water in the Light of Day and I'll Pray my lungs and my brain out for you that you won't get stuck down there somehow so I have to come after you....

Pity. RIP Mr. Swayze.
And bullox that he was Bad that he smoked till the end. So what? He had a lethal form of cancer that wouldn't in any way, shape or form have been cured or even delayed if he did not smoke.
Who are we to judge or criticise him for that? That was nobodie's business but his.
Okay, so smoking is bad for your health. No discussion there on my part- I stopped because I wanted my good health back and I got it when I stopped. So that works for me.
Yet I know several people that are by now over 90 y.o. and that are smoking happily since their early teen-years. And I had several close friends that died in their early 30's while never having used any drugs, alcohol or tabacco. But we still had to bury them because of cancer, some brain-disease, some weird dna-defunction and some traffic-accidents.
Point is- You WILL die. That's a fact.
In my mind there is much to say for "Live Fast- Die Young" rather than to live very slow and careful and to die old and completely freaked out because of all the fears that you had of getting sick.
To me- How you live is the main thing- You can live with all the worries in the world to stay healthy and clean and unpolluted. But what life did you have if you -because of all those worries did not get to live happily?
Mr. Swayze had a long faithful marriage that he enjoyed. So had his smoke and he made most of it the way he wanted to live and as long as he could.
Just make the most of it and appreciate life at best as you can- because before you know it you get a bad deal or you just die before you realised what gift life really was.

They drew this in such a way that it gets clear how big we are talking. So actually you won't see only those drawn places with hyper-big massive solarfields that at one push of a suicide-button can be blown to kingdom come like Briannana suggests.
Yes some places likely will have mega-fields of solar power. But at the same time we will see lots of solar panels evenly distributed over rooftops that otherwise and up until now would have been used for nothing. This already has started in several parts of the world, such as Germany and some individual homes all over the world that make use of subsidies or just private motivation.

As a child I was quite severely punished for telling that a colour could taste or smell and that a taste could have colour or sound to it. "No son- You HEAR with your EARS and you SEE with your EYES and if you do otherwise, go wash your mouth with soap and taste the colour of green soap and get grounded for the rest of the weekend. So what is soap...?"
Only in recent years I'm getting it all back and I'm accepting it as one of the greater gifts in life.

30 SEVEN???
Okay- so should I now acutely divorce my wife that I 've been with harmoniously for the past 20 years to date some 34 ladies more...?

I very rarely have such association with furniture, but this one does it- I think this table is kind of ...sexy!

Brett maxwell this kind of tires can be highly cost-effective, because the chosen cell-pattern can be made with an extruder as a near endless compartmented tube with threads and all. That tube can be cut to pieces and then fitted on axles. That is a way to mass-produce and to cheaply make LOTS of tires at a fraction of the compexity of conventional tires.
Jimbo this kind of tires is mainly for heavy-duty use- so not the high speeds of 65mls p/h and higher, but rather the lower speeds of military use during patrols and off-road actions. Some inbalance in such wheels is barely an issue at such speeds.

I'm curious what they'll find.
From the dogs that I lived with over the years, I got the impression that their main reportoir in intellectual skills was about:
- That human is boss, I follow.
- That human gives me food- is my friend, but not my boss / or also my boss
- This is my territory
- That human / dog / animal is part of my clan
- That human / dog / animal is NOT part of my clan
- That human / dog / animal is friendly / foe
- That human / dog / animal is equal / boss / lower - tolerate / accept / change status
- See human again: clan is complete again - happy
- Feel hungry - ask human
- See cat / rabbit / hare - chase
- Smell other dog - mark territory
...
And a few more with a lot of nuances, but that seems to be about it.

Thanks Miss Cellania- I took Vilet for a man because it wasn't spelled ViletTE and I couldn't find indications that this was a woman talking. But yeah come to think of it if you pronounce the name in English, it almost sounds like ViOlet. So it makes sence. Thanks Miss Cellania.
So that makes this story perhaps even more colourful- a woman slave / servant sold over and over again- Explicitly described slave TRADE as background for an intense Human story. Whatever became of her... Will she ever have gone back to her dearly missed Boss and Mistress...? Did she have children and her own family...? How old was she when she wrote this letter...? Did she get old...?

BlitzWing00 in nature nothing is wasteful- The mantis caught the bird and eats part of it- The rest gets eaten by a hoard of other animals that thrive by that catch. In no time the total bird including feathers and bones will be devoured and recycled into nature itself.

Amazing picture.
The thing that gave me a deep respect for the force of nature was in Indonesia when I saw this spider no bigger than a pinhead that somehow had conquered a bird the size of this humming-bird. The locals told me that that little spider could incapacitate a human for at least 12 hours...
