@2 I'd guess the farmers who raise the crops from which the tequila is made, the the workers who mine the gold from which the flakes are made, the people who are paid to transport the goods to the place of production, the hotel staff who are paid to tend guests, the local government who receive taxes or other revenue from sales to and from tourists, etc. etc.
